Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering & Quoting

Upload your .STL file on our quotation page, choose your material and printing parameters, and receive a price nased on your part geometry, quantity, and selected options. No registration is required to request a quote.

Online quotation is currently available for .STL files. I fyour parts is in another format, such as STEP, IGES, OBJ or 3MF, please contact our team and we will review whether we can support it manually.

No. You can order a single part or multilple parts depending on your project needs. Volume pricing may be applied automatically during quotation. For high-volume or complex projects, our team can provide a dedicated quotation.

Yes. Uploaded files are transmitted through encrypted connections and are not shared with third parties. For sensitive projects, we can also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon request.

Please contact as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order. We will do our best to help before production starts. Once the order status changes to “In Production”, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Yes. If you are unsure about material, infill, layer height, or other printing parameters, our team can review your application and recommend suitable settings based on strength, weight, surface finish, and functional requirements.

File Preparation & Design

Our maximum build volume is 240mm x 200mm x 200mm. For larger parts, please contact us to discuss possible design adjustments, part splitting, or alternative production options.

For interlocking or assembled parts, we generally recommend a clearance of 0.2-0.3mm, depending on the material, geometry, print orientation, and required fit. For precision assemblies, we recommend testing the fit with a prototype before larger production batch.

Technologies

We currently focus on FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing for functional and engineering-grade parts. This allows us to produce strong thermoplastic parts using carbon-fiber reinforced and industrial-grade materials.

FDM, or Fused Deposition modeling, builds parts layer by layer using thermoplastic filament. It is a good choice for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, brackets, housings and end-used parts where strength, weight, heat resistance, or cost efficiency are important.

Materials

Our current material range includes PC-CF, PA6-CF, PPS-CF, PPA-CF, PETG-CF, PLA-CF and Onyx. These materials are selected for functional and engineering applications where strength, stiffness, heat resistance, or lightweight performance may be required.

Material choice depends on the part’s function, load, temperature exposure, chemical exposure, surface requirements, and budget. If you are ensure, our team can recommend a suitable material based on your application.

Yes. Contact our team with your material requirements and application details. We may be able to support special material requests or evaluate new materials for specific projects.

Pricing, Lead Times & Shipping

Pricing is based on part geometry, material volume, selected material, print settings, quantity, and any additional inspection or finishing requirements. You will see the price breakdown before placing your order.

Standard production lead times are ususally 4-8 business days, depending on material, quantity, part complexity, and current production capacity. Available options will be shown during the quotation process.

Yes. We ship wolrdwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the destination, package size, and package weight. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Parts are packed carefully to reduce movement and damage durign transport. Fragile or high-precision parts may be individually wrapped for additional protection.

Quality & Warranties

For suitable geometries and materials, we can achieve tolerances up to +/-0.2mm. Actual tolerance depends on part size, material, geometry, print orientation, and inspection requirements.

Please contact us with photos and order details. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution if the problem is related to prduction or shipping. Parts that fail due to design issues outside our published guidelines are not covered.

Dimensional reports are available upon request and can be selected during the quotation process. Additional fees may apply depending on the number of dimensions inspected and the level or reporting required.
